How do I place an order?
Simply choose your favorite bracelet design, add your custom text or upload a photo (for Snapshot Charm), and place your order. You can also leave an optional gift note.
How many characters can I add?
- NameSide Bracelet: Up to 10 characters
- FlipDuo Bracelet: Up to 6 characters
- Hooked Heritage Bracelet: Up to 10 characters
- Snapshot Charm Bracelet: Up to 5 characters (plus 1 photo)
Can I use any language for the text?
Yes! You can add names or words in any language—English, French, Swahili, Hindi, etc. Just make sure to type them exactly as you want them engraved.
What if I make a mistake in my custom text?
We start production based on what you submit. If you notice an error, contact us immediately within 24 hours of placing your order via WhatsApp or email. After production starts, changes may not be possible.
What materials are the bracelets made from?
Our bracelets use premium unbreakable plastic pendants with high-quality beads that are durable, waterproofs and skin-friendly. They’re built to last without tarnishing.
How long does it take to receive my bracelet?
- Processing time:
3–5 business days (each bracelet is handcrafted)
- Delivery:
India: 4–7 business days
International: 8–15 business days (depending on your location)

Do you offer free shipping?
Yes, we offer free shipping on all prepaid orders. For Cash on Delivery (COD), a small additional fee may apply.
Can I return or exchange a customised bracelet?
Since these are custom-made, returns or exchanges are only possible if:
- The product is damaged on arrival
- There is a mistake from our side (wrong name or flag)
We have a 7-day replacement policy for such cases.
What if the bracelet breaks after some time?
We guarantee quality, but if there’s a manufacturing defect, contact us within 15 days and we’ll resolve it.
How will you confirm my customisation details?
If anything is unclear about your design or text, our team will contact you via WhatsApp or email before starting production
Can I add special characters or emojis?
We recommend simple text (letters and numbers). Some special characters might not engrave well, so check with us first.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We deliver worldwide. Delivery times vary depending on the destination (usually 8–15 business days).
Is my photo safe when I upload for Snapshot Charm Bracelet?
Absolutely. Your photo is only used for your order and deleted after production.
Are these bracelets water-resistant?
Yes, the materials are water-resistant and anti-tarnish. However, avoid harsh chemicals or saltwater for long-lasting shine.
